DIRECTIONS

Together, we define needs, goals and conditions. We decide the project scope and create the required specifications. We also identify what is most important to deal with first: Is it marketing? Reporting? Or sales? What tangible improvements can we deliver early on, that will give you the most power and energy to start the process of change?

QUALIFICATION

We develop a feasibility study, a high-level project plan and a cost estimate. Once agreed we set-up a project space where all project participants can work very close together. We use a project development methodology called Scrum. As a client, that means you have full insight into our concept development work and you can easily check daily progress whenever you like.

REALIZATION

In this phase we develop and test the components to ensure the right quality and functionality. This stage is technologically focused but it is also about the structure and design. When all the parts have been assured it’s time to integrate them and get the system to work smoothly and seamlessly as a whole

CONCLUSION

At the time of hand-over, we train your people to use the new tools. In this phase we also evaluate our work together to make sure the system fulfills expectations and reflects all the knowledge that the project has generated.

ISEDue to legislation according to the European Union’s food safety policy, Netto Marknad Sverige AB surveys 160 stores daily in Sweden. The infinity survey engine (ISE) delivers an effective and efficient solution for businesses in contact with survey handling. The solution met the requirements from Netto Marknad - one of the fastest growing food chains in Sweden. ISE assists Netto in performing procedures to ensure their product’s safety, i.e. not handled in a way which may cause the final product to become hazardous or otherwise unfit for human consumption. In addition to an extremely adequate survey solution, ISE provides integration with one of the most innovative customer relationship management systems, SugarCRM, in a seamless manner. The integration with SugarCRM allows access to surveys and report statements of collected data. Administrators have the ability to upload important documents to be displayed in ISE as well as handle controlling parts of the system, in Netto’s case these include store and user list management.

The current use of ISE accommodates Netto with daily routine surveys covering their product’s condition and the store's overall environmental hygiene. This procedure is conducted through a user friendly web-based interface consisting of a controlling part, and a reporting part:
  • The controlling part entails specifications of how the routines are performed, i.e. how each store should manage their routine checks.
  • The reporting part covers the schedule handling (documented through ISE) which is the underlying principle of the system, it checks whether the governing procedures are followed. This allows effortless supervision for administrative users in order to maintain data integrity and supervision of the company's principles.
The chart below displays some of Netto's most frequently conducted surveys for each month. As you can see, Netto relies heavily on ISE to handle their routine checks and they can be completely customised to suit your business needs.
